Productivity Software refers to the standard commercial software that is common to the operation of many different types of businesses. This can include word processors, pdf viewers, image editors, web browsers, etc.

While your individual Agreement, SOW, or Coverage Addendums may include further coverage, the following is a list of the Productivity Software for which we provide broad installation, troubleshooting, and basic usage services for. All software must be under active support as available and be within vendor supportability windows.
